Pricing

Conference Pricing: Early bird registration of $299 per person until November 1, 2025, and $350 per person thereafter. Includes dinners on Friday and Saturday evenings, and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Hotel: Marcus Whitman Hotel Conference Room Rate: $189 per room per night plus applicable state, local and occupancy tax. Conference rate is only valid for the nights of April 16 - 19, 2026.

Outside Events: Cost of any outside events such as golfing, wine tasting are separate and not included in the conference registration pricing.
